They are seeking a Commercial Lines Sales Representative. In the BIA role you would be tasked with the development of relationships with business customers, through-out Texas.

In the BIA role you would be tasked with the development of relationships with business customers, through-out Texas and potentially, as many as nineteen other states that we consider to be growth states we target.

Responsibilities

• Sell Property & Casualty insurance policies to individuals and small businesses
• Follow-up on agency provided leads developing relationships and referrals
• Assess client needs and provide tailored coverage recommendations
• Quote and bind policies from multiple carriers owned by or in relationship with Farmers Insurance, such as Foremost, Kraft Lake, Bristol West, Progressive, Travelers, Safeco and others.
• Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company procedures
• Foster long-term client relationships through proactive communication
• Document all client interactions in CRM
