Business Analyst

Job Title : Business Analyst – Project Lead

Location : Cayce, SC 29033

Work Mode : Hybrid (4 days onsite per week)

Duration : 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document system capabilities, workflows, and areas for improvement.
• Support HRIS and SAP ECC modules; assist in upgrades, patches, and UAT testing.
• Develop user documentation, SOPs, and conduct user training.
• Create and maintain operational and audit reports; support dashboards via Excel / Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with state / federal regulations.
• Streamline processes, automate manual tasks, and support gap analysis.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain SharePoint and ensure adherence to IT security and policy standards (NIST 800-53, FISMA, SC InfoSec).

Required Skills (Rank in Order of Importance)

• Ability to analyze, document, and improve business and system processes using various tools and methodologies.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Working knowledge of state HR / payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Proficient in creating user guides, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Advanced skills in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaborative tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
