Attorney (Walnut Creek)

We are a well-established defense firm seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 26 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Our practice covers a broad range of complex litigation matters including commercial disputes, environmental actions, employment cases, and class actions. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives on variety and wants to handle meaningful, high-stakes litigation without overwhelming billable hour demands.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and briefs with precision and advocacy.
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and represent clients in mediations and trial.
• Work directly with clients to provide strategic advice and case updates.
• Collaborate with experienced litigators (many with BigLaw backgrounds) to develop trial strategies and refine litigation skills.

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual base salary range for this position is $180,000 $250,000 , plus eligibility for discretionary annual bonuses . Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as location / market, skills, education, experience, and other relevant qualifications.
