  • Build statement homes for discerning clients, precision matters.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Daily schedule, look-aheads, and multi-trade coordination, inspections and punch lists / close-out
  • High-end finish standards, mock-ups, and owner / architect walkthroughs
  • Safety culture and logistics (access, staging, corrosion, weather)

    • DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  • Bachelor’s in Construction Management (or formal field management training)
  • 5+ years as Superintendent on custom luxury residences
  • Track record with recognized GC / CM; strong scheduling and QA / QC discipline
  • Delivery Models / Project Types : Cost-Plus; Ground-Up Waterfront; High-end Finishes
