Job Support
Support the Brand Health Accountability team in managing operational tasks and driving Accountability programs. Oversee shared mailboxes and ensure timely, accurate responses or escalate as needed. Coordinate day-to-day project activities and maintain accurate records, templates, and documentation. Prepare and refine presentation materials for executive leadership, ensuring clarity and brand consistency. Assist with reporting tasks : data entry, tracking KPIs, compiling updates, and preparing summaries. Troubleshoot tier 1 technical issues and conduct UAT on bug fixes and enhancements. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (Brand, Operations, Insights, Owners, Design & Construction, Vendors). Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.
