Job description

The Processor, HCP Payments must have an excellent attention to detail, be a self-starter, and be able to multi-task. They focus on following the client's policies and requirements to reimburse HCP's in a timely fashion. They must be thorough in checking receipts, SOPs, and able to problem-solve independently.

They focus on following the client's policies and requirements to reimburse HCP's in a timely fashion. They must be thorough in checking receipts, SOPs, and able to problem-solve independently.

What you will do here :

  • Process and report all HCP expense reimbursement and honorarium payments
  • Recommend and implement improvements to current processes
  • Communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner via email and able to summarize the information needed while being detailed

HCP Expense Reimbursement Management

  • Full understanding of HCP expense reimbursement process and client backup details requirements. HCP expense processing includes, but is not limited to the following :
  • Validating expense reimbursement forms against client specific guidelines and meeting parameters
  • Sending out and tracking questionable / no receipt report to M&IW meeting owner
  • Creating and sending short pay letters
  • Entering payment amounts and payment dates into excel workbooks and / or client specific documents
  • Ensure all required information is being captured and stored in the proper location for each meeting while maintaining company's GDPR guidelines
  • Financial Management Services

  • Full understanding of M&IW's accounts payable process
  • Training Responsibilities

  • Attend internal and external training and networking opportunities to further industry knowledge

  • Minimum 1-2 years' professional work experience preferably in accounting, finance, or meeting industry
  • High School Diploma
