Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with specialty pharmacy partners

Lead the full lifecycle of specialty pharmacy contracts, ensuring compliance and managing documentation

Analyze pharmacy network performance and implement corrective action plans for optimization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

2+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in specialty pharmacy or contract management

Proven ability to manage pharmacy partnerships and contracts with strong negotiation skills

Project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
