This practice is situated in the Quad Cities, an area experiencing a growing need for ENT services. The facility is designated as Trauma Level 3 and features robust support in the clinic, ambulatory surgery center, and hospital, making it an ideal setting for comprehensive patient care. Job Responsibilities : Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages in a collaborative environment. Work alongside ENT Professional Services in Davenport to expand community care. Share on-call duties with a local private practice of two physicians. Participate in inpatient rounding, outpatient clinic duties, and travel to multiple locations as needed. Maintain flexibility in clinic hours for enhanced work-life balance. Manage a patient base with minimal competition and extensive referral sources. Engage with EMR system Cerner for effective patient management. Qualifications : Board Eligible (within 3 years) or Board Certified in Otolaryngology. Willingness to obtain an Iowa medical license if not currently held. ACLS and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain). Clean malpractice history. Ability and willingness to travel to different clinic locations. License and Certification Requirements : Must hold a valid Iowa State License (or be willing to obtain). Board certification or eligibility within 3 years required. ACLS and PALS certifications required (or willing to acquire).
