Job Description

Lead the database migration effort, ensuring a like-to-like transition from Sybase to SQL Server with a focus on performance, scalability, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and execute migration scripts and stored procedures.

Optimize SQL Server schema, indexing, and partitioning.

Validate data integrity and performance post-migration.

Collaborate with application and ETL teams for seamless integration.

Document database changes and support production cutover
