Job description

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Advisor to contribute to its consumer strategy by handling inbound calls and managing customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver sales results by providing exceptional customer service and exceeding monthly sales goals for strategic products

Maintain and grow the existing customer base by addressing inquiries and reselling service benefits

Stay current with promotions, products, and technology to meet or exceed sales goals

Required Qualifications

6+ months experience in a sales role

2+ years' experience using a PC with various software packages

6+ months experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks

Demonstrated success in a competitive sales environment

Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls in a structured contact center environment
