Who we're looking for :

Sales experience in building materials or construction (1-5 years preferred)

A hunter's mindset, athlete-minded, competitive, thrives on the chase

Strong communicator who can build and maintain builder relationships

Self-starter who wants control over their income and career

This is a field driven role - you'll be on job sites, in builders' offices, and closing deals face-to-face, not sitting behind a desk.
