We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CNC Lathe Setup / Operator to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our manufacturing operations and offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical acumen, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

1. Setting up and operating CNC Lathes, specifically MAZAK equipment, to perform various functions such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.

2. Interpreting complex blueprints and engineering plans to produce parts accurately.

3. Selecting appropriate tools and materials for machining processes and maintaining inventory.

4. Performing routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.

5. Ensuring that all parts produced meet the company's quality standards and specifications.

6. Collaborating with the engineering and production teams to optimize workflow and improve manufacturing processes.

7. Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

8. Providing technical support and training to less experienced team members as needed.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in setting up and operating CNC Lathes

2. Extensive knowledge of machining operations, tooling, and production processes.

3. Proven ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering plans.

4. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

6. High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

7. Proficiency in using precision measurement tools.

8. Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials as needed.

9. Experience in conducting routine maintenance of machinery.

10. A strong understanding of industrial safety protocols and regulations.
