Position : Associate Dentist
We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Support our mission to deliver excellent dental care and help us create memorable experiences for children and adults alike. Here’s what you can look forward to :

- Work with kids, who make up 70% or more of our patient base!
Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the support of a dedicated team. Our practice includes :
DentaPro softwareDigital x-ray and Panorex unitsFiber-optic handpiecesYearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management trainingA supportive team with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per providerA patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults (depending on location)An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patientsA mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payorsThis opportunity provides growth and development through mentoring and collaboration!

We expect you to have :
DDS / DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental AccreditationCurrent, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you will provide care, or eligibility for licensureOther required certifications (e.g., CPR, DEA)Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adultsAt Benevis, we value teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
