LHH (Atlanta) is partnering with a fast-growing, real estate investment and property management firm based in Atlanta to find a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) .
This is a high-impact executive role responsible for driving the company’s financial strategy, overseeing all core finance functions, and supporting continued growth through operational excellence and strategic leadership. The CFO will work directly with the CEO and executive team to scale the business and unlock long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team, shaping financial direction and business planning.
Lead all financial operations including accounting, FP&A, reporting, cash management, tax, and compliance.
Build and manage banking, investor, and capital partner relationships.
Drive financial modeling, forecasting, and performance metrics to support growth and asset optimization.
Implement scalable systems, internal controls, and risk management practices.
Manage and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team.
Ensure regulatory compliance and lead external audit and tax engagements.
Qualifications
CPA required
10+ years of progressive financial leadership, including 5+ years in a senior executive finance role.
Strong background in real estate or property management (highly preferred).
Proven success leading financial strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay Details : $225,000.00 to $300,000.00 per year
