Job descriptionSupport month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance Prepare and file property tax and other regulatory reports Partner with management to streamline accounting processes and improve reporting accuracy Provide support to auditors and assist with annual financial audits Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems preferred Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills
