Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating individuals with physical, mental, or developmental conditions that affect their ability to perform daily activities. The therapist will develop personalized treatment plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with clients to promote independence and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' needs and abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client evaluations and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve clients’ skills in various areas such as self-care, work, and leisure activities.
• Educate clients and their families about treatment plans and techniques to aid in recovery and daily living.
• Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and physical therapists, to provide comprehensive care.
• Stay updated on best practices and new research in occupational therapy.
• Participate in professional development and continuing education.
