A company is looking for a Lead, Organizational Change Management.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and refine a structured organizational change management methodology tailored to the organization's needs
Design and execute change impact assessments, readiness criteria, and stakeholder analyses
Lead the execution of change management activities in partnership with project teams, ensuring effective implementation across initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or related field required
Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent required
5 years of experience in organizational change management, including experience designing and implementing OCM strategies in complex environments required
Experience building OCM capabilities from the ground up preferred
3+ years in healthcare or specialty pharmacy preferred
