Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop a robust pipeline through prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Atlas CRM to maintain accurate activity tracking.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • B2B sales experience in fintech, SaaS, or merchant services preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated and competitive, with a desire to spend 75%+ time in the field.
  • Compensation & Benefits : Base salary : $40,000-$50,000 per year. On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $100,000+ with residual income, monthly, and quarterly bonuses. Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k plans available.

    Long-Term Income : Enjoy monthly residuals plus bonuses.

    What You'll Do :

  • Sell our award-winning Genius® POS and software solutions to a diverse range of SMBs.
  • Drive business growth while creating long-term residual income.
  • Work closely with a District Manager to close short cycle deals through effective consultations.
  • Who Thrives at Global Payments :

  • Demonstrated success in B2B field sales, especially in fintech, SaaS, or merchant services.
  • Strong communicator and presenter, comfortable in face-to-face and virtual settings.
  • Self-motivated and eager to exceed performance quotas.
  • Ability to regularly meet merchants in the field, dedicating 75%+ of your time on the ground.
  • Role Significance : As an Outside Sales Executive, you'll be the face of Global Payments, transforming how businesses manage payments through the Genius® platform. You will handle the entire sales cycle—prospecting, demos, negotiations, and closing—while receiving support and coaching from an experienced District Manager.

  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time are required.
