Associate Quality Management Complaint Specialist
Job Summary
Works to develop, implement, and maintain quality management system processes and the complaint handling process. Exercises discretion and independent judgement related, but not limited to, adverse event and the quality management system.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day complaint processing including in-take, follow-up, reporting, and SAP processingReviews and analyzes customer complaintsInitiates and completes MDRs for timely submission to FDA and other regulatory bodiesAssists with recalls and advisory noticesTracks and communicate adverse event data and performs trending analysisMaintains current knowledge of FDA and international regulations, guidance and standards applicable to company products andCommunicates with outside parties in a professional and customer-focused mannerSupport internal audits and external auditsAssist with controlled documentation relating to complaint processesAssist with corrective and preventive actions implementationMonitor NCMRs and analyzes dataPerforms other related duties as assignedThe above cited duties and responsibilities describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to job. Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements
4-year degree plus 4 years work experience in a regulated industry, or8 years of experience in regulated industryProficient user of Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate knowledge of MS ExcelSAP experience preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
