Locations :

  • Bradford Regional Medical Center – Bradford, PA (14,000 annual volume) Olean General Hospital – Olean, NY (25,000 annual volume) Compensation : $200 - $300 per hour Employment Type : Full-time or Part-time (W2 or 1099) Scheduling : Flexible scheduling with day and night shifts available About the Role : Delphi Healthcare, a leader in emergency medicine staffing since 1995 , is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team at Bradford Regional Medical Center and Olean General Hospital .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages, including initial assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition.
  • Stabilize critically ill or injured patients and perform life-saving interventions as needed.
  • Work in a collaborative environment with nursing staff, APPs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) (MEDITECH used at Bradford Regional Medical Center).
  • Follow hospital and departmental protocols to ensure high-quality patient care and safety .

  • Bradford Regional Medical Center (Bradford, PA) 14,000 annual volume 12-hour physician shifts APP support No ICU available Flexible scheduling Olean General Hospital (Olean, NY) 25,000 annual volume Flexible scheduling APPs provide mid-shift support Day & night shifts available Qualifications : Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM), Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine (with ER experience).
  • Active medical license in Pennsylvania and / or New York.
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care in a rural community setting.
