Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description

Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles. Compensation ranges from $41 / hr to $50 / hr based on experience and certification level. The SLP provides direct speech therapy rehab care to patients upon physician referral, adhering to all regulations and standards.

• Requires MS or MA in speech therapy, ASHA certification (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), and current state licensure.
• Preferred 1+ year experience in post-acute care; CPR certification required.
• Responsibilities include establishing goals, charting, using therapy software, coordinating with patients and teams, and ensuring safety and confidentiality.
• Must demonstrate professionalism, good judgment, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
• Additional duties involve patient care planning, overseeing CFYs (if applicable), and participating in community health initiatives.
