Admissions Coordinator Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Admissions Coordinator to join our team at Pleasant Acres Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition process for new residents, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating the admission process from start to finish. Prior nursing home experience is required for this role.

Admissions Coordinator Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the admission process for new residents, including scheduling tours, conducting assessments, and verifying insurance information
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers to gather necessary information and resolve any concerns
• Review and process admission applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including patient charts and financial information
• Collaborate with other departments, such as nursing and social services, to ensure a seamless transition for new residents
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
