Now, imagine a role in our team where sourcing is not just a search but an experimental space. We are looking for an AI Talent Sourcer who sees artificial intelligence as a tool for transforming the entire talent acquisition system.
This is a brand new level of sourcing that combines deep work with talents and the launch of internal AI initiatives : from building automated funnels to analytics of passive candidate behavior patterns.
What will you be doing :
- Actively searching for candidates in tech / marketing / product, using AI platforms, open-source datasets, and classic channels;
- Using AI tools to automate search, parse profiles, and track market changes;
- Developing and testing projects at the intersection of AI and sourcing (we already have many ideas);
- Analyzing patterns of passive candidate behavior, especially through data from ATS, LinkedIn;
- Being the first to adapt new approaches and share pilot results.
What is required to join us :
Commercial experience as a Talent Sourcer or Lead Generation Specialist for at least 1 year and a desire to go beyond classic sourcing;Instead of "searching candidates," you are more comfortable building systems;AI is not just a trend for you but a tool you have already tested in work and have your own leaderboard of effective tools;You can work with uncertainty, ask questions, and find answers through experiments.It will be an advantage :
