Rotate 12 hour shifts for the most part with some 24 hour shifts sprinkled in on the weekend
Provider will be needed for 15 days per month for both call and inpatient rounding for trauma, acute surgical cases and hospital follow-up.
Day shifts - 10 hour shifts; night shifts - 14 hours.
