Seasonal Exchange Program Coordinator

A company is looking for a Coordinator, Seasonal Exchange Programs, Host Relations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service to clients and support host employers with participant issues

Manage host employer data and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management system

Recruit and interview participants on behalf of employers and manage assigned team projects

Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required

Customer service experience is preferred

International study / work experience is preferred

Proficiency in computer skills including MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Energetic and team-oriented attitude is essential
