Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in our sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers. Your efforts will directly contribute to Cutterpillar's growth and success by building relationships with prospects and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Research, identify, and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including email, social media, and cold calls.
- Prospect Qualification : Engage with prospects to understand their needs, evaluate their potential as customers, and determine the fit with Cutterpillar's products and services.
- CRM Management : Accurately log all prospect interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on strategies, share insights, and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of Cutterpillar's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
- Follow-Up : Persistently follow up with leads to keep them engaged and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Metrics Tracking : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, prospect engagement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
