A confidential, high-volume manufacturing facility in the Sarasota / North Port, FL area is looking to hire multiple experienced Maintenance Technicians to join their night shift operations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician , you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving a state-of-the-art manufacturing operation.

Your responsibilities will include :

Performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Conducting preventive maintenance (PM) to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Assisting with machine installations, upgrades, and process improvements to optimize production output.

Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to diagnose and repair equipment issues.

Maintaining accurate maintenance records, documenting all repairs and PM activities.

Collaborating closely with production teams to ensure safe and efficient machine operations .

Following all company and industry safety guidelines, GMPs, and standard operating procedures .

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should bring :

Experience : 4 – 20 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.

Work History : Stable employment record required —no job hoppers. Consistent long-term roles in previous positions are a must.

Ability to work a 6 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM rotating night shift .

Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications or trade school training preferred.
