Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary ABA therapy team. The SLP will play a vital role in assessing and treating communication disorders in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental conditions, working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), occupational therapists, and families to support holistic care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for children receiving ABA services
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting expressive / receptive language, articulation, pragmatics, and AAC use
Collaborate with BCBAs to integrate communication goals into behavior intervention plans
Provide direct therapy sessions in clinic, home, or school settings
Train ABA therapists and caregivers on communication strategies and AAC systems
Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans based on data and team input
Document evaluations, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with clinical standards
Participate in team meetings to ensure coordinated care and goal alignment
Stay current with evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology and ABA integration
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Experience working with children with ASD and familiarity with ABA principles
Strong understanding of AAC devices and social communication strategies
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
Ability to work in dynamic, team-based environments
Preferred Skills
Experience in early intervention or pediatric settings
Knowledge of behavior analytic terminology and data collection methods
Bilingual abilities (if applicable to client population)

Pay : $32.43 - $40.00 per hour
