Were seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team on the East Side of Columbus.

What You Can Expect

Manageable Caseloads Average of 56 patients per day within a localized service area (no more long commutes across multiple counties).
Mileage Reimbursement Generous rate of $0.625 per mile.

Clinician-Led Leadership Our management team has been in the field and understands how to support you.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver physical therapy services under the supervision and direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Implement individualized care plans to restore function, improve mobility, and promote independence at home.

Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care.

Document treatments, progress notes, and communications accurately and in compliance with regulations.

Participate in case conferences and team meetings to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

Qualifications

Active PTA license in Ohio (required).

1+ year of recent PTA experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, SNF, ALF, hospice, or home health).

Home health experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Reliable transportation to travel within a local service area.
