Role Description We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to lead social strategy across multiple restaurant clients , guide a small team, and be hands-on with content. You’ll set the plan, direct / participate in in-store content shoots , keep ahead of trends (and create new ones), and serve as a day-to-day client partner. This role oversees a Social Media Coordinator and works closely with our content creators.
Responsibilities Build and own each client’s social strategy.
Direct in-store content shoots; create shot lists; film short-form video when needed.
Write hooks / captions and publish across Instagram (Reels / Stories), TikTok, and Facebook; maintain brand voice and clear CTAs.
Monitor and engage online social media community for each client.
Source and manage food-focused influencers (trade or paid) : outreach, briefs, visit coordination, deliverables, usage rights and results.
Manage and mentor the Social Media Coordinator and Content Team; provide clear standards, feedback, and deadlines.
Track performance and present monthly insights.
Qualifications 2–4 years of hands-on social media experience; restaurant / hospitality or agency background strongly preferred
A love for food and dining culture. Experience with food creators / influencers is a plus
Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization
Strong Communication and Writing skills
Experience in developing Content Strategy
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Able to Adopt an "Ai First" mentality
Experience in the hospitality, B2B, real estate, or fitness management markets is a plus
Boston-area availability for regular on-site shoots
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
