As a Registered Dietitian , your job duties will include but are not limited to :
- Coming up with a core meal plan for general patients, for special requests or for critical needs.
- Acting in the role of counselor and thus sustaining patient morale.
- Maintaining documentation from aides and management as a daily routine.
- Keeping track of what has or hasn’t worked for a patient, which is crucial to providing proper meals later on.
- Display analytical skills when assessing patient nutrition.
- Develop solutions for malnourished patients and patients needing specific dietary goals.
This position reports to : Director of Food and Nutrition Services. This position is hourly (non-exempt).
Part Time with option to be Full Time

Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or related fieldCompleted a didactic program in dietetics accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND), formerly known as the Commission on Accreditation for Dietetic Education (CADE) required.One (1) year of healthcare experience preferredLicensure, registration or certification :
Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)Licensed by the KS State Dietetics Licensing / Credentialing BoardJoin our Team!
