Reports to : Mitigation Project Manager

Overview

Were looking for a hands-on, motivated Restoration Technician to join our field team. Youll respond to water, fire, mold, and other property damage emergencieshelping restore homes and businesses back to pre-loss condition. This is a field-based role (daily travel within and around the Austin area) requiring reliability, physical endurance, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

What Youll Do

• Perform demolition, cleanup, and restoration work on water / fire / mold-affected properties
• Operate drying and extraction equipment (e.g. air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture meters)
• Document work with notes and photos using job management software
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as needed
• Maintain clean workspaces and company vehicles
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response
