In this management position, you are an essential part of who we are. You are responsible for management of the entire location, providing exemplary customer service, building team member relations, and ensuring the highest profitability of the location.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervision of sales associates during shift
- Training and coaching sales associates
- Ensuring a safe environment for customers and employees
- Ensure the store's appearance reflects the company's standards
- Comply with federal and state laws pertaining to the store's operation
- Responsible for daily paperwork, bank deposits, inventory counts, cash audits, invoice processing, order placement, controlling labor hours, overseeing day to day operations
- Monitor competitor pricing at the store's local competition
