Job description

We're seeking an Epic Tapestry Certified Analyst to support key initiatives focused on payer platform enhancements and system integration work for a large healthcare organization. This is a fully remote contract opportunity with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide hands-on build, configuration, and support for Epic Tapestry modules.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to enhance payer workflows and integration points.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Participate in design and implementation sessions supporting broader revenue cycle and payer initiatives.

Preferred Background :

  • Epic Tapestry Certification (required).
  • Experience supporting payer, claims, or member enrollment processes in Epic Tapestry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and coordinate with distributed teams.
  • Prior experience in large healthcare environments or with multi-entity system integrations is a plus.
