Senior Manager, Pfizer Brand

The Senior Manager, Pfizer Brand plays a key role in shaping and advancing the brand for a global Fortune 500 business, supporting the growth of Pfizer's commercial position and reputation. This role will be responsible for supporting the ongoing development, activation, and governance of Pfizer's corporate brand, including standards / guidelines, paid campaigns, PR partnerships, and broader endorsed partnerships / sponsorships. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that Pfizer brand is represented across markets and initiatives.

Support the Director, Brand Operations in developing and executing end-to-end Pfizer brand strategy and operations, including :

• Planning and leading cross-functional stakeholder workshops and workstreams to drive brand alignment and execution
• Managing agency relationships and overseeing the creative development and delivery of brand campaigns
• Supporting and shaping the development of Pfizer brand standards and guidelines
• Supporting key brand partnerships including paid campaigns, PR partnerships, and broader Pfizer endorsed partnerships and sponsorships
• Managing and tracking budgets for Pfizer brand initiatives
• Contribute to brand performance tracking and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and inform future strategy

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,800.00 to $201,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
