5 years' experience in cybersecurity with a focus on IAM (Identify Access Management) and PAM (Privileged Access Management)
General Experience Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing PAM solutions in complex enterprise environments
General Experience Strong knowledge of PAM technologies; specifically, CyberArk
General Experience and demonstrated proficiency in authentication and authorization protocols, including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
General Experience Previous hands-on experience with automation and scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
SailPoint experience
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Job Description
The Lead Identity Access Engineer / Architect is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the identity and access program and PAM systems. This role requires a deep understanding of PAM solutions, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization to protect sensitive data and critical systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity, particularly in PAM technologies (CyberArk), and a proactive approach to solving complex security challenges.
