Retail Pharmacist $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Location : Wisconsin

Schedule : Full-time | 80 hours per pay period | Monday–Friday | Alternating 10-hour shifts

Weekend Rotation : Every 4th Saturday (5-hour shift) | Closed Sundays

Holiday Schedule : Closed on holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare, fill, and dispense prescriptions while providing excellent patient care.
• Take verbal prescriptions and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Perform and / or supervise compounding activities.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services , including medication therapy management, pharmacokinetic consultations, and patient education.
• Maintain inventory control , including ordering, stocking, and monitoring drug supplies.
• Supervise and guide pharmacy interns and technicians.
• Support and comply with Medicare Accreditation policies and procedures.
• Provide patient counseling and administer vaccines .
• Participate in quality control and assurance programs.
