Key Responsibilities
Respond to live chats from clients regarding their pet's health and concerns
Gather patient history and triage information to provide appropriate medical guidance
Assist with administrative queries related to billing and other topics as needed
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a credentialed veterinary technician in a clinical setting
Current and unrestricted license to practice as a veterinary technician
Basic computer skills
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
