Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembler I to join their team. As an Assembler I, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Assembler I

Location : Olean, NY

Pay Range : $17.25

Shift : 2nd shift (2pm-10pm)

What's the Job?

  • Perform repetitive assembly operations to produce arresters using hands or tools
  • Work at a steady pace under close supervision to ensure quality standards
  • Utilize safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection during work
  • Participate in onsite hearing tests for new hires
  • Complete training on the first shift (6am-2pm) during the initial week

What's Needed?

  • No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Willingness to work on first and second shifts as scheduled
  • Must wear safety shoes, glasses, and hearing protection as required
