Description

Advertising Web Admin

RC Willey is seeking a full-time, on-site Advertising Web Administrator to support the setup, scheduling, and tracking of digital ads on rcwilley.com. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and organized, with an interest in digital marketing and web content management.

Pay : $19-21 hourly dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities

Ad Content Management :

  • Assist the marketing team by uploading pre-designed advertisements to rcwilley.com and ensuring proper placement on the site
  • Utilize a scheduling tool and tagging guidelines to post and manage promotional content
  • Review web-based advertisements to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with current marketing campaigns and sales events
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaign assets are uploaded in a timely manner
  • Partner with the E-commerce and Merchandising teams to support promotional strategies and ensure accurate display of sales and discounts
  • Help manage incoming content requests and assist with posting and updating promotions across the website as needed
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to gather and verify promotional and sales information

Performance Reporting & Optimization :

  • Monitor basic website ad performance and assist the marketing team with implementing updates or optimizations
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets using existing website performance reports
  • Help organize and track data related to promotional performance for reporting and analysis purposes

    • Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Quick to master new software, including Google Analytics, Monday.com, Digital Asset Management, and proofing tools
  • Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally
