Job Posting : Patient Services Representative (Central Check-In - ENT & Audiology)

Location : Seattle, WA 98104

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM (8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative (PSR) to serve as the central check-in point for their departments, including Audiology and ENT. As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our mission to be a High Performance Organization.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients for ENT and Audiology services

Verify insurance and update patient demographics

Collect copays and answer front desk inquiries

Schedule and coordinate patient appointments

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Prepare accurate documentation and records for patient care

Communicate effectively with back office staff

Utilize systems including EPIC, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other platforms

Order and maintain inventory in accordance with practice policies

Uphold OSHA / WISHA and HIPAA guidelines

Demonstrate professionalism in communication, conduct, and appearance

Adapt to a dynamic environment and contribute to a team-based culture

✅ Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a healthcare setting

Familiarity with insurance processes

EPIC system experience
