Associate Finance Director

The Associate Finance Director for our Advanced Access Devices (AAD) business will contribute to the financial success of our organization by providing insightful analysis, strategic guidance, and effective leadership. As a critical member of the AAD team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our mission of advancing the world of health.

The responsibilities include :

• Providing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to the AAD Leadership Team, as well as additional reports to analyze and assess business and operating conditions as needed. Direct the AAD annual budgeting and Annual Strategic Review processes.
• Delivering insightful analysis to uncover risks and opportunities, contributing to budget-beating performance.
• Supporting new business development initiatives, including R&D business cases, acquisitions, divestitures, licenses, and product development.
• Contributing to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, assessing global demand and supply estimates, and identifying risks and opportunities to deliver financial commitments.
• Generating executive-friendly presentations summarizing analysis and financials / business cases.
• Serving as a key contributor to the Gross Profit Task Force team, working to deliver gross profit improvement.
• Developing and coaching direct reports and mentoring other finance associates as needed.

Salary range information : $137,100.00 - $226,300.00 USD Annual
