We are seeking an LCSW or LPC Therapist to join our team! You will provide individual and family counseling. This position requires 1-2 days in person, and you can otherwise work virtually. You MUST have your LCSW, LPC or have submitted your paperwork to the board.

Responsibilities :

Establish open lines of communication with potential clients

Implement therapeutic interventions with clients on your caseload

Create, implement and review treatment plans for your clients and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies

Conduct individual and family sessions on a weekly basis.

Qualifications :

3+ years previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields conducting individual and / or family therapy sessions.

Familiarity with local community mental health resources

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

Knowledge of therapeutic interventions, and previous experience implementing interventions.

Strong leadership and creativity skills

Experience with electronic medical records strongly preferred.
