A company is looking for an Outcomes Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Implement operational performance improvement projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Collect, analyze, and report quality data while maintaining compliance with standards of care

Develop and implement educational programs for staff and community to enhance patient care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Master's degree in Business, Nursing, Health Care Administration, or a related field

Three years of experience in a healthcare provider organization

Demonstrated leadership and project management experience

Clinical experience and RN or other clinical licensure preferred

Certification in health care quality or patient safety is preferred
