Overview

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution team focuses on Tech Private Equity Value Creation, partnering with PE-backed SaaS businesses in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. As a Director, you will lead and execute operationally focused projects, translating strategy into implementation and helping drive real value for clients. This role is based in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, or San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of strategy and execution projects, including scoping, planning, and driving results in high-pressure environments.
• Supervise and mentor a team of junior consultants; guide problem-solving efforts and ensure high-quality output.
• Manage structured analysis to identify root causes, quantify opportunities, and develop actionable, data-backed recommendations across go-to-market, pricing, customer success, product, and operations.
• Build trust with senior stakeholders and communicate complex insights clearly.
• Translate strategy into implementation roadmaps and partner with clients to realize value, often in hands-on, interim leadership or PMO roles.
• Play a key role in proposal development, client pitches, and relationship building with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies.
• Help scale the PEVC team’s knowledge base, capabilities, and market presence through IP development, recruiting, and team-building initiatives.
