Overview

Homewood Suites by Hilton is looking for a Director of Sales of our newly renovated hotel!

The Director of Sales is responsible for generating top-line revenue and a positive REVPAR Index change on the STR report and striving for top market share results. They would be responsible for meeting room rental and catering sales results too. The Director of Sales also directs the hotel's sales, marketing, revenue management, catering objectives. Knowledge of traditional and electronic marketing, sales systems and standard sales operating procedures, catering sales, and revenue management practices. Understanding of various segments that pertain to the market. Ability to analyze the marketplace and develop strategies to impact new business development.

The Homewood Suites in La Quinta, CA is a 129 room all-suite hotel that offers full in-room kitchens, resort style outdoor pool, fitness room and hot breakfast buffet breakfast. We host a nightly reception on Wednesdays that include a variety of snacks plus beer and wine.
