We are currently seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our firm. We handle a wide range of cases involving insurance coverage & defense, business litigation, and securities / arbitration work. Candidate needs to have 2-4 years of experience, preferably in insurance defense and / or personal injury with active Texas State Bar membership, excellent writing, analysis, and research skills. We are looking for a motivated and hard-working individual looking to work closely with our partners who together have over 180 years of trial experience and grow with our firm. Our firm offers great benefits available including insurance (medical, dental and vision), FSA / HSA, life insurance, LTD, 401(k) matching, bonuses (after 1st year of employment) and CLE requirements. We covers 100% premiums for employee medical insurance, basic life insurance and LTD. Dental and vision insurance for employee and coverage for spouses and / or children are employee expense.
