General Role Description
Drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency across E&IS Operations through team leadership, cross-functional initiatives, and resource optimization.
Role Accountabilities
- Manage the development and improvement of business processes to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead automation initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
- Align AI solutions with business and technical needs in collaboration with the Information Technology team
- Implement strategies and tools to increase productivity and optimize resource utilization across E&IS Operations
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate process performance and support continuous improvement
- Design and implement training programs that support the adoption of new tools, systems, and processes
- Create and maintain process documentation, including RACI charts and process maps, to ensure clarity and accountability
- Develop and manage intern and new engineer rotational programs to support organizational goals and employee development

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field5 years of experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles2 years of experience leading teams or managing cross-functional initiatives2 years of experience implementing process automation, productivity tools, or digital solutionsProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and collaboration or workflow mapping toolsDemonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contactsDemonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skillsDemonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibilityAvailability to travel domestically up to 10%, sometimes with limited noticePreferred Qualifications
