Summary of Position :
This role involves overseeing financial tasks, covering various accounting, and settlement issues for multiple factories. Accounting responsibilities encompass monthly book closing, account management, reviewing transactions, and responding to audits. Will ensure that company accounting procedures conform to U.S. GAAP and will work closely with Korean Parent Company in reporting

Oversee Accounting and Finance operationsMust be able to handle all company tax related issuesPerform day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable / receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliationsCost accounting analysisConduct monthly financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standardsAssist with audit processes and respond to auditor inquiriesRecommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departmentsManages the preparation of the official annual report on actual revenues and expensesManages the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecastsEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirementsDevelops internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accountingPerforms day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable / receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliationsReporting :

Education :
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar fieldPosition Requirements and Qualifications
7 years of accounting and / or finance experience in a manufacturing environment preferredProficient knowledge of financial and accounting principles and theoryProficient knowledge in the applicable federal and state tax laws and regulationsPrior experience in a leadership or managerial position preferredTechnical / Computer Skills :
Must be proficient using MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookWork requires professional writingAdvanced Knowledge of SAP is required
