Job Overview : We are a fast-paced and high-demand non-profit program that depends on everybody in every position to help our centers function with ease. You will gain diverse experience working with an at-risk population. Cross-training is available and expected for all positions.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Supervision of children
Lesson planning to enhance school readiness skills
Implement screenings and assessments
Facilitate family partnerships
Data entry
Qualifications :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
Infant-Toddler child Development Associate (CDA) credential upon hire strongly preferred; must be obtained within 18 months of hire
2 or more years of direct experience in early childhood education preferred
Head Start experience preferred.
The successful candidate will be : compassionate, organized, flexible, dependable, and friendly
Physical abilities : Must be able to lift 30 pounds independently without assistance
